One period per week of riding is covered by the basic tuition. An extended
program of three hours of riding per week including one all afternoon trail ride
per session is offered for those at any level who enjoy more riding and desire
to improve their horsemanship. 
Whether a beginner, intermediate or skilled rider, the Clearwater Camp riding program
evaluates each camper's skills prior to placement in the appropriate riding group.
Campers learn English riding skills, and how to groom and tack their horse. The riding ring and stables are just a short walk through the woods from
camp, where nature can be appreciated.
At the end of the summer, there is an annual horse show where campers show
off their skills to the entire camp family.
