Come share these “diamond days”, remembering what you found “Over the Lake”. Bring along your happy memories and personal trip sparks. We invite all of Clearwater’s daughters to join us in celebrating 75 incredible summers camping at Clearwater Camp for Girls. Help us to commemorate the many ways in which Clearwater Camp has enriched the lives of young women during the past 75 years. We will gather on the shores of Tomahawk Lake to renew friendships, relive camp days, and meet Voyageurs from each decade.

Our celebration will include a 75th Anniversary Banquet, a Council Fire, as well as a Sunday Service and a Regatta! There will be time to reminisce and enjoy photos, old camp movies and memorabilia from the span of the past 75 years. Most of the camp activities you remember will be available, with perhaps a few that may be new to you. Some of the current counselors will stay on to help in case your skills have gotten a bit rusty. Meals will be camp style in the dining room, with the potential for a cookout as well. Accommodations will be in camp cabins on the mainland and on the island.

The reunion will officially begin with supper on Saturday, August 9th, and conclude with breakfast on Tuesday, August 12th. You are welcome to come for all or any portion of that time. Remarkably, as a gift from Clearwater, there will be no charge to the Alumnae for any of this! It is our way of showing appreciation for your service, love, and loyalty through the years and into the future.

So, start dreaming about the “Far Northland” – remember those lapping waves, starry nights, campfires, the call of the loon, and “friends who have camped together”. Think about what you might like to bring to share – photos, letters, trip sparks, banquet books – any mementos from your camping days that others might enjoy seeing. Feel free to give us any suggestions you may have, and let us know how you would like to help. Send in your registration promptly, and encourage others from your era who might like to attend.

Note: While the reunion is primarily for Clearwater alumnae, husbands and other family members are welcome to join in the celebration. They will be charged at the usual Family Camp rates, and should understand that camp cabins may not afford the comfort or privacy of a motel or a resort.
